SkyShe 2025 – Empowering Women in Aviation is a premier networking, recognition, and leadership event celebrating the achievements and contributions of women across the aviation ecosystem. Organized by the Department of Travel & Tourism & School of Management, Mount Carmel College (Autonomous), Bengaluru, in association with the National Aviation Research Forum (NARF), the event will be held on Saturday, 23rd August 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the PJEC Auditorium, Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru.

Aligned with the spirit of National Aviation Day, SkyShe 2025 brings together distinguished leaders, policymakers, industry professionals, academicians, and aspiring students to share inspiring journeys, industry insights, and best practices. The program features keynote addresses, panel discussions, experience-sharing sessions, and recognition of trailblazing women from airport operations, airlines, air traffic management, engineering, hospitality, customer service, and aviation leadership roles.
